Julian Casablancas has a new solo album coming out this fall, called Phrazes of the Young. Not much has been said of it so far, but a new video has shown up on his YouTube channel — claiming to be his first on-screen interview in three years — wherein he explains a bit about the album and sheds some light on the new Strokes record.
