Apparently someone on the series of Internet tubes was sent some artwork from James Cameron’s upcoming (and highly secretive) Avatar, and decided it would be best to leak them online. If the labels on the pictures are to be trusted, they’re early artwork designs. I’m sure the film will be impressive, but these aren’t really doing anything for me. The website these were originally posted at is being operated by some uber-nerd who was practically having an orgasm over these pictures. I quote:
“Look at how tall and sleek she looks. I would say she is extremely fast and agile – guess you would have to be in Pandora’s jungles!”
Pandora’s jungles? Eh? Am I supposed to know what the hell that even means? God, I hate nerds. These are the sort of people who make me feel bad to use the Internet.

I kinda hope that's the Sigourney Weaver character. Imagine how weird it would be for Ellen Ripley to play an Alien! I mean, it'd be weird if you ignore Alien: Resurrection, anyway.
